- we grade visually, we have tons of stuff to be listed, there's simply no time to playgrade. misgradings are very rare, but can of course happen. standard cases of CDs are not graded, as they can be easily exchanged, we grade the paperwork. we encourage you to contact us, if you are not happy.

- for orders over 20$ or/and customers with negative or no feedback we only accept payment by banktransaction if they choose to ship unregistered.

- registered/tracking is only available for priority shippings & costs an additional 6$. it guarantees a full refund if the order gets lost or damaged.

- you are welcome to contact us, we try to answer within a few hours. but please understand that we normally don't have the time to record soundsamples or take pictures of low priced items.
