This track would be garage, not house, techno or minimal.

It's a great record! I never take it out of the DJ record bag. I originally had the thick 180 gm pressing, but after playing it 30 times I sold it & bought two recent re-presses from Juno(UK). The repress is 140 gm; I wish I kept my old one because I think it's better to travel with & more durable. The thin pressings warp easier.

I don't get this record (there's always one right?). I just can't connect up the dots between deep house and techno. It sounds like deep house at techno tempo but in a way that negates each genre. And there's the minimal angle too. It is very minimal, but for me good deep music has space not lack of sound elements. It sounds like bits are missing which , on another track, might give you space but I am just not feeling it.
