Help with identification

Hello. I'm wondering if anyone could help me with the titles of these two recordings:

The first piece sounds familiar, but I can't place it. I'm totally unfamiliar with the march, but it might be a French one, since I managed to identify another march on this same record as a French military march. This is from an acetate recorded in Switzerland that I would like to submit to the database. Thanks and any help is appreciated.
