Double checking New Artist, new title, new label

Hey Everyone, I'vew recently made a new submission, a Japanese new wave / pop 45 from 1983.
The Artist and title is new:

I don't speak Japanese, and am just looking to verify that google text (from image) recognition got it right.
Also looking to verify the artist and label are both not duplicate entrees.
