Unknown Japanese OST and City-Pop Tracks

I've been trying to find the original of these songs for a while.

the first one is from a Japanese ost that I can't think of at the moment. I'm %100 sure.

the second one is a song that the last time I heard was years ago and years later I heard it in a hip-hop track that wasn't released yet only this snippet I got. probably was a city pop.

as far as I know, they are not on their original pitch/speed. these things might be some rare stuff btw and the last thing that I am sure about them is both of them are from either the 70s or 80s.
